Plaintiff entered the store’s vestibule during a rainstorm which caused the tile to become slippery. No mat was placed on the floor to protect customers. Plaintiff fell striking her head. The plaintiff had had a previously successful hemicraniectomy. The fall caused an open wound at the operative site resulting in infection and the need for surgery.
